Ticket Holder Terms and Conditions 

The event ticket is a revocable license for admission to the event listed hereon.  The holder, by using this ticket and entering the complex, agrees to all of the terms hereof.

Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with the rules of the facility or complex, or the refunding to the Holder of the printed purchase price of this ticket, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder. THIS CONTRACT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY - READ IT. THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY AND HAZARDS of any type or nature whatsoever arising from or related to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.  NO FOOD, BEVERAGES, OR PETS MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE COMPLEX. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES. THE HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES PEPPER JELLY EVENTS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IN REGARD TO THE SALE OR SERVICE OF ANY FOOD OR DRINK (INCLUDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) AND AGREES THAT PEPPER JELLY EVENTS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH OR HAZARD OF ANY TYPE OR NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM THE SAME. All vehicles are left at the risk of the owner. PARK PROPERLY AND LOCK YOUR VEHICLE. Pepper Jelly Events LLC shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of any type or nature to any vehicle or any property.  Parking on the premises will be limited. This ticket does not guarantee parking will be available. Please carpool. For those individuals requiring special assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), we are happy to accommodate your needs. If you are a person with a disability and have special needs or are unable to access an area, please contact a staff member at the front gate for assistance. This ticket is non-refundable should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather. This ticket is nonrefundable and non-replaceable in the event it is lost, stolen or destroyed. The Holder grants permission to Pepper Jelly Events LLC or its designees to utilize Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event, in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation. The Holder and the Holder’s belongings may be searched upon entry into the complex or facility and Holder waives any related claims that might arise resulting from said search. Offensive and crude behavior is expressly prohibited.  No employee or agent may alter or enlarge our liability hereunder orally or otherwise. This constitutes the entire contract and acceptance of this ticket constitutes acknowledgement by the holder that the holder has read and agrees to the foregoing.
